Bolan Mining Enterprises

Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME) was formed as a joint venture between the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited on 1 June 1974.  BME holds mining licenses that allow them to mine iron ores and other minerals at deposits near Khuzdar, Dilband, Nokkundi.

They are the largest Barite producer in Pakistan and fulfill 90% of the barite requirement of local oil & gas companies.
